The UMaine Augusta Moose battled through an intense four-game series against the UMPI Owls, delivering clutch moments, explosive offense, and walk-off drama throughout the weekend.
GAME ONE – WALK-OFF MAGIC
The Moose opened the series with a thriller, taking a 4-3 walk-off victory. Down to their final inning, Jacob Plamondon delivered the big moment with a two-RBI single to seal it. UMA played clean defense with zero errors.
GAME TWO – HIGH-SCORING HEARTBREAKER
In a back-and-forth battle, the Moose fell just short in a 13-12 loss despite holding a five-run lead earlier. The offense was electric with 15 hits, led by Plamondon (3-for-3, 4 RBI), but a late surge by the Owls flipped the game in the final innings.
GAME THREE – DEJA VU WALK-OFF
