The Lady Moose boast a record of 4-2-1 (4-1 YSCC Conference), including a 2-0 victory against Unity College. Jenn Lola (Monmouth, Maine) scored both goals for the UMA with assists by Katie Poirier (Harmony, Maine) and Captain Ashley Peaslee (South China, Maine). The win avenges a double overtime loss to Unity last week. Goalie Danielle While posted her first collegiate shutout with ten saves in the win.
The coaches poll includes a group of 6-12 regionally selected coaches, SID's, and Athletic Directors who vote based on a number of criteria including wins/losses, and strength of schedule.
