BANGOR, ME—The University of Maine Augusta defeated Eastern Maine Community College on Friday, February 6th by the score of 48-31. Kylie Kemp led the way for the Lady Moose, scoring 22 points.
UMA controlled the game in the first half, taking a 21-9 lead into the locker room. Jamie Plummer and Monique Moore each grabbed four rebounds in the first half, with Moore adding a block in as well.
Carmen Bragg played a great second half, finishing the second half with seven points, three rebounds and six assists. Jessica St. Amand notched three points, two rebounds, one assist, one steal and one block. Kori Coro added three points and two rebounds in the win.
Morgan Card dropped 18 points and Jordan Maxwell grabbed 11 boards in the loss.
