Bio
LaPointe enters his first year at UMA after transferring from Saint Joseph's College in Standish, ME. A 2015 graduate of Gardiner Area High School, LaPointe is majoring in Justice Studies here at UMA with career aspirations of becoming a police officer and eventually earning his way up to detective.
LaPointe was a dual sport athete excelling in both soccer and basketball. He served as captain for both teams as well as earned a spot on the KVAC 1st team for soccer and was team MVP for his senior year.
