MOOSE SWEEP WITH A PLAMONDON WALK OFF SINGLE

GAME ONE
UMA Moose defeated Central Maine Community College Mustangs 4-3 on Wednesday after taking the lead late in the game. The game was tied at three in the bottom of the sixth when Amar Douidi singled, scoring one run.
Central Maine Community College Mustangs got on the board in the top of the first inning after Brady Vincent grounded out, and UMA Moose committed an error, each scoring one run.
Central Maine Community College Mustangs added one run in the third. Brady Vincent grounded out, making the score 3-0.
UMA Moose took the lead, 4-3, in the bottom of the sixth thanks to singles by Jacob Plamondon, and Amar Douidi.
Tom Gust earned the win for UMA Moose. The pitcher surrendered one hit and one run (zero earned) over seven innings, striking out four and walking two. It came down to the wire on Wednesday, as UMA Moose grabbed the victory in walk-off fashion, 5-4, over Central Maine Community College Mustangs. The game was tied at four in the bottom of the seventh when Jacob Plamondon singled, scoring one run.
UMA Moose got on the board in the bottom of the first inning after David Jinks grounded out, and Central Maine Community College Mustangs committed an error, each scoring one run.
Lee Robertson singled down the right field line on an 0-2 count, which helped Central Maine Community College Mustangs tie the game at two in the top of the second.
A single by Jake Calver gave Central Maine Community College Mustangs the lead, 3-2, in the top of the third.
Amar Douidi doubled to right field, which helped UMA Moose tie the game at four in the bottom of the fifth.
