UMA Cross Country Finishes Third
RANDOLPH, VT—The UMA men’s cross country team traveled to Randolph, Vermont on Saturday, September 10th to face off in their first meet of the 2016 season.
RANDOLPH, VT—The UMA men’s cross country team traveled to Randolph, Vermont on Saturday, September 10th to face off in their first meet of the 2016 season. Three other conference members entered runners in the Vermont Tech Invitational including: Paul Smith’s, NHTI, and Vermont Tech. This particular course featured a very difficult mountainous route that served as a great challenge for all the runners. It is also the course that the runners will face in the YSCC Championship meet.
Finishing first for UMA, was freshman Adam Bohlen in his first collegiate race with a time of 48:27. Richard Cormier finished second for UMA with a time of 49:10, and Patrick Caskin finished his first race with a time of 67:39. At the end of the day, UMA was awarded with third place overall.
